Sardinia Trail nuovi percorsi per il 2016

Cardedu, 19 novembre 2015. Meno di 12 giorni per iscriversi con la quota agevolata al Sardinia Trail, la prestigiosa gara di corsa a piedi “Ultra Trail” tra montagna e mare che si disputerà nei giorni 6, 7 e 8 maggio 2016, ormai nota per il suo slogan che recita “Ogliastra un paradiso tutto da correre”.

Gian Domenico Nieddu e Corrado Deiana, dell’organizzazione del Sardinia Trail, stanno definendo in questi giorni nuovi e ed ancora più entusiasmanti percorsi che saranno rivelati nei prossimi mesi.

Tra gli splendidi scenari attraversati dalla gara non potrà mancare il massiccio del Gennargentu con la sua “Punta La Marmora”, la vetta più alta dell’isola: la tappa intermedia, la più lunga, divenuta ormai un vero e proprio “must” del Sardinia Trail. E ancora imperdibili ed inerpicati passaggi, mulattiere e sentieri, sino a raggiungere le meravigliose e superbe spiagge dell’Ogliastra, regina indiscussa di tutte le edizioni: un vero e proprio parco naturale dove si alternano paesaggi unici, tra i più suggestivi e più variegati del Mediterraneo.

La gara, suddivisa in tre tappe per una lunghezza totale di circa 100 km con 4.000 mt di dislivello positivo coinvolgerà i territori dei comuni di Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo, Lanusei e Tertenia.

Particolare attenzione all’ospitalità ed all’accoglienza: i partecipanti saranno ospiti presso il resort Perdepera, incantevole location sul lungo mare di Museddu (Cardedu), dove concedersi una breve vacanza coniugando sport e relax.

Sarà studiata con cura la tipologia dei menù per gli sportivi (anche vegani) sulla base di una gastronomia locale dai sapori semplici e genuini.

L’evento è organizzato dalla Good Looking Entertainment in collaborazione con la Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, con gli assessorati allo Sport e al Turismo e con i comuni attraversati Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo, Lanusei e Tertenia.
Le iscrizioni chiuderanno al raggiungimento del 150° iscritto. Previsti programmi anche per gli accompagnatori.

Le quote di iscrizione per il Sardinia Trail sono le seguenti:

Sardinia Trail – new routes for 2016

Cardedu, November, 19th 2015. Less than 11 days to enter, with the subsidized fee, the Sardinia Trail, the prestigious race “Ultra Trail”, run by foot between mountains and sea which is going to take place on May, 6th , 7th and 8th 2016, now well-known for his slogan that says “Ogliastra: a paradise to run.”

Gian Domenico Nieddu and Corrado Deiana, of Sardinia Trail organization, are setting these days new and even more exciting routes that will be revealed in the coming months.

Among the gorgeous scenery through which the race will take place the Gennargentu with its “Punta La Marmora”, the highest peak of the island cannot be missed: the intermediate stage, the longest, which has since some time become a real “must” of Sardinia Trail. And still captive and climbed steps, mule tracks and paths, until you reach the wonderful and superb beaches of Ogliastra, undisputed queen of all editions: a real natural park where unique landscapes, among the most beautiful and varied in the Mediterranean alternate.

The race, divided into three stages with a total length of about 100 km with 4000 meters of ascent, will involve the municipalities of Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo, Lanusei and Tertenia.
Particular attention to hospitality and reception: participants will be hosted at the Perdepera resort, lovely location on the seafront of Museddu (Cardedu), where you can enjoy a short vacation combining sport and relaxation. Recreational activities for athletes and accompanying persons are also provided.

It will be carefully studied the type of menu for athletes (even vegan) on the basis of the local food and its special flavors.

The event is organized by Good Looking Entertainment in collaboration with Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, the regional departments of Sport and Tourism and the geographically involved municipalities of Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo, Lanusei and Tertenia.

Three overnight stay in the four-star Perdepera Resort (near the beach) in double/triple room (breakfast and dinner included with wine and water)
