Trionfa l’italiano Dapit nella 2^edizione del Sardinia Trail
Fonni, 2013-05-12 – Fulvio Dapit, 36 anni, del team Sds-crazy idea-la sportiva conquista la vetta del 2° Sardinia Trail. L’alteta italiano nella terza tappa ha dovuto lasciare il primo posto al tedesco Oleg Rantzow del tem Gegen den Wind Lauf dominatore della tappa Arcu Guddetorgiu-Fonni di 29,3 km percorsi in 2h31m36sec. nonostante le condizioni metereologiche di questa mattina fossero estreme con la temperatura di punta Paolinu a zero gradi. Dapit è arrivato terzo a 24s dal leader della tappa di oggi.
Gli atleti hanno infatti dovuto affrontare il 3° giorno di gara in condizioni climatiche piuttosto rigide, corren
do con una temperatura di 3°/4° ed esposti a fortissime raffiche di vento, a dispetto delle medie stagionali. Insomma una bella sfida sulle vette del Gennargentu che sono diventate lo scenario di questa manifestazione internazionale che ha visto al via 57 atleti arrivati da tutta Europa.
Grandissima prestazione anche quest’oggi dell’atleta sardo Antonio Filippo Salaris che nonostante il quarto tempo di tappa a 3m47s dal tedesco Oleg Rantzow del tem Gegen den Wind Lauf Trial leader della tappa di oggi, conquista il 2° posto assoluto, distanziandosi di appena 36 secondi dal campione italiano Paolo Massarenti, secondo di tappa ad appena 24s dal primo di tappa Rantzow.
Il Sardinia Trail ha incoronato Regina del Gennargentu la francese Stephanie Jimenez Sthephanie, che non ha lasciato spazio di rimonta alle sue avversarie ed ha dominato anche la tappa finale di questa manifestazione che è diventata uno dei veicoli promozionali per il turismo attivo delle zone interne con il Comune di Fonni sostenitore e patrocinatore dell’evento. “Questa manifestazione spiega Stefano Coinu sindaco di Fonni – premia gli sforzi dell’amministrazione che sostiene il turismo culturale ed il turismo attivo per portare nuovi flussi di turismo nelle nostre zone con un ottimo ritorno.” Oltre che creare sinergie con gli altri comuni dell’interno.

Fulvio Dapit “Sono emozionato per aver conquistato la vetta di questa prestigiosa manifestazione. Sono stati tre giorni di gara selettivi ed infatti nell’ultima tappa ho dovuto dosare le energie per contrastare il ritorno dei mei avversari..” Prossimi impegli la coppa del mondo.
Antonio Filiippo Salaris “Un secondo posto di prestigio in questa bellissima manifestazione unica nel suo genere in Sardegna. Ed oggi mi sono impegnato per conservare questa posizione. Anche se le condizioni climatiche erano durissime, con freddo e vento.“
Stephanie Jimenez francese “ Sono contenta e felice di questo risulto anche se sono stati tre giorni di gara durissimi. Ho avuto anche il tempo di vedere i bellissimi panorami mozzafiato del Gennargentu e del Supramonte di Oliena e Dorgali.”

The italian Dapit wins the 2nd Sardinia Trail
Fonni, 2013-05-12 – The italian athlete in the third stage had to leave the first place to the German Oleg Rantzow, athlete of the tem Gegen den Wind Lauf, he has dominated the stage Arcu Guddetorgiu-Fonni of 29,3 km with 2h31m36sec, despite the weather conditions this morning were extreme with the peak temperature at zero degrees in Punta Paolinu.
